Just recharge a 100naira card then you dail *406*1# 5naira will be deducted from your account then you will recieve a message telling you
"welcome the mtn pulse Enhancment free 5mb bla bla bla 5 naira has been deducted from your account" then you would be givem 5mb,
For some people who will recieve this message
"you have already opted for this service" all you have to do is dail *406*2# then you will recieve a message tell you,
"you have successfully opted out of this service" then you dail *406*1# again and get the 5mb, whenever you are through with the 5mb repeat the 2nd paragraph , you can do it for 20 times and get100mb for just 100 naira, flex!!
